Shipping

Free shipping across India. Orders are energised on the stone's planet day and dispatched within 2 working days after that, then take 2 to 5 working days to arrive. You get the tracking number on WhatsApp and on your order page.

Payment

Pay online by UPI, card, net banking or wallet through Razorpay, or choose cash on delivery.

Returns

Unworn loose stones can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packing with the lab report. Stones set in rings or pendants, and stones cut to your order, cannot be returned. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the stone.

Certification

Every stone is tested to confirm it is natural before we list it. For an independent report, choose IGI or GIA on the stone's page. The report states the stone's identity, weight in carats, measurements and any treatment, and you can verify its number on the lab's website.
